Recently, I thought I would test the waters of a curiosity that arose in the back of my skull, thinking a different perspective of something I was very skeptical about would provide a different result. Unfortunately, the realization of what I already knew slapped me in the face and shook it's finger, scolding me like a young boy, reminding me that life may be as good as it gets. Indeed, life is good, or so as the t'-shirt I wear today says. With so many things in the works, I hardly have the time for thinking anymore, but April is fast approaching and with it abundant time for pondering. Even before my feet hit the trail, I think of how much I will miss my son, my home, my friends in my riding and hiking clubs, and even my daughter's crazy feline. I will, indeed, miss these things, but need the time away, with my best friend, to discover those things hidden from mental view, covered by mounds of confusion, clutter and doubt.
