My bag will be the Granite Gear Vapor Trail at 36.2 oz. It is 3600ci. and will comfortably carry about 30 pounds. There will be times that I have more in it due to water so we will see how it goes.

| For my shelter, I will take the Henry Shires TarpTent
Squall II
floored model. It weighs in at 36.1oz., Complete
with stakes(6) and I will use a 5.7 oz. Tyvek ground cloth.

| My bag will be a Marmot Atom +40. I have been in this bag with minimal clothing to the mid 30's. It weighs in at 18.2 oz. I will also use a Cocoon silk liner (4.7 oz) with the Atom. |

| For a thermal jacket, I am bringing along my Mountain Hardware Phantom. It is 18.1 oz., sized XL. This thing is pretty dog-gone warm as it lowers my sleeping bag temp to around 30F. I was going to bring something lighter, but So-Cal is pretty darned cold these days, err, nights. |

| My raingear will be a Marmot Mica, sized large, at 7.6oz. |
